30-day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within the first 30-days for a full refund of the cost of the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please follow the RMA procedure below.
1. Send us an email at email@example.com
and include which product(s) you wish to return. Be sure to include your phone number for our technical support team.
2. We will respond with a phone or email confirmation, and you will be given an RMA number.
3. Repackage the product using the original box and packaging material. Please include a copy of your email from step number 1 and RMA number.
Send the package to us by mail or ground courier, and let us know when you shipped the product.

5. Within a few days of receiving your returned product, we will issue you a full refund for that returned item. We do not charge restocking fees.
